Where we ship

India only, for now. International shipping is on the roadmap.

Rates

Free shipping across India during launch. We will update this page when that changes.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch orders as quickly as we can. Once shipped, typical delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your pin code — metros are faster, remote pin codes can take a day or two longer.

We don't ship on Sundays or public holidays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get an email and SMS with the courier's tracking link. You can also track via your account: Account → Orders.

Damaged or missing items

If anything arrives damaged or short, email hello@kuraco.food with your order number and a photo within 48 hours of delivery — we'll make it right.
