Track order

If you have an account

Log in and visit Account → Orders. Click your order to see status, courier tracking link, and delivery estimate.

If you checked out as a guest

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you've lost the email, write to hello@kuraco.food with the email address you used at checkout — we'll send the tracking details.

Typical timeline

  • Order placed — confirmation email within minutes.
  • Dispatched — shipping confirmation with tracking link.
  • In transit — 3–7 business days depending on pin code.
  • Out for delivery — notification on delivery day.

Tracking updates can lag by a few hours after a courier scan. If your order shows no movement for more than 48 hours, email us and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
