The kuraco.food website ("the Site") and KuraCo brand are operated by Pea Pod Pantry Private Limited, a company registered in India (FSSAI Lic. No. 11226302000776), with its registered office at Site No 4, Property No 551, Dodda Muniswamappa Garden, near Banjara Layout, Horamavu Agara, Bangalore 560043, Karnataka, India.
Acceptance
By placing an order on the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Products and pricing
All product information, ingredients, allergens, and nutrition data are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing and product availability without notice.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
Shipping
Shipping terms are described on the Shipping page and form part of these Terms.
Returns
Food products are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons. Damage, missing items, or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos to hello@kuraco.food; resolution is at our discretion (replacement, refund, or store credit).
Allergens and health
KuraCo products are produced in a facility that handles wheat, dairy, and nuts. Allergen information is listed on each product page. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Intellectual property
All Site content — including the KuraCo name, logo, photography, and copy — is the property of Pea Pod Pantry Private Limited and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any single claim shall not exceed the value of the order to which the claim relates.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force.
